The line polishing machine for granite slab, options between resin disc grinding head and AAA Grade high efficiency
PLC programmable control system, through the LCD touch-screen operation with machine error notification and it has automatic lubrication system
using auto size sensor for detection of the size of the stone & using the auto sensor for the detection of thickness of the stone for automatic lifting of the head
The spindle uses advanced ITALIAN type of technology for the up & down movement & rotating movement & it has up & down adjustable speed also
The conveyor and cross beam are equipped with encoder system for speed control & accuracy
Central lubrication system, for all moving parts and bearings are giving a good lubrication effect
The machine moving parts using a special durable materials & having cast iron cross beam ~ increases the STABILITY , PRECISION , EFFICIENCY & frame made from 304 stainless steel makes machine rigid , superior , rust resistance giving a steady performance
